On World Environment Day this year, the Indigenous Friends of the Mau Forest led a tree-planting initiative at Zion Mission Centre in Pulung’a, Narok Central. The event highlighted the organisation's commitment to environmental conservation and the restoration of the Mau Forest ecosystem. The occasion brought together various stakeholders, including the Narok Albinism Association and representatives from NGAO (National Government Administrative Officers), showing strong inter-organisational collaboration toward a greener future. This tree-planting initiative not only honours the global call to protect our environment but also reinforces local efforts in safeguarding Kenya’s vital forest resources.
